Quality Factor was devised by Professor Dr. Mohammed Seraj ANSARI, the Founder & International President of International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC (www.non-olympic.org). The “Quality Factors” are calculated yearly and those journals are listed in the Journal Quality Factor Reports published by the “Non-Olympic Times”, The NOT has approved by: Information & Broadcasting Ministry, Government of India.
